The Milk & Honey Distillery is Israel's first whisky distillery, located in Tel Aviv. It began distillation in 2014, producing single malt whisky under challenging hot and humid climatic conditions. The distillery released its first official single malt whisky in 2020 and has since gained international recognition for its unique expressions.
Zeitleiste
- 2012 Zainicjowano projekt pierwszej izraelskiej destylarni whisky, Milk & Honey.
- 2014 Destylarnia oficjalnie otworzyła swoje podwoje i rozpoczęła pierwsze destylacje w Tel Awiwie.
- 2017 Destylarnia wydała swój pierwszy destylat, młody single malt spirit, dając przedsmak przyszłych whisky.
- 2020 Destylarnia Milk & Honey wprowadziła na rynek swoją pierwszą oficjalną whisky single malt, „Classic Single Malt”.
