A renowned bottling house founded by Andrew Symington in 1988, specialising in rare, unfiltered single-cask releases. Symington purchased the tiny Edradour distillery (one of Scotland's smallest stills, very oily and traditional in character), preserving its artisan nature while launching the peaty Ballechin expression alongside it.
