W latach 1956-1974 Tomatin Distillery zwiększyła ilość alembików z 2 do 23, jednak nigdy nie wykorzystała w pełni swego potencjału.

świeży i owocowy, z delikatnym oddechem ziemi, jabłka, gruszki, winogrona, wanilia, mleczna czekolada nuty imbiru i dębu.

Palate

słodki z delikatną pikanterią, wanilia, mleczna czekolada, grzanka z masłem, pieprz, lukrecja i szarlotka ze szczyptą cynamonu.
