Chugoku Jozo Co., Ltd. is a Japanese alcoholic beverage company founded in 1918 in Hatsukaichi, Hiroshima Prefecture. Initially known for its sake and shochu production, the company expanded its portfolio to include whisky and craft beer. In 2020, its whisky and spirits division was spun off into Sakurao Brewery and Distillery Co., Ltd., which continues to operate as a subsidiary.
