A Glasgow-based independent bottler with over 70 years of history, founded by Fred Laing. Specialises in single-cask bottlings from across Scotland. Flagship series: Big Peat (blended malt from Islay distilleries: Ardbeg, Caol Ila, Bowmore and the legendary Port Ellen), Rock Oyster (Islands blended malt) and Old Particular (single cask). In 2013 the family split — Hunter Laing was founded by Frederick Laing as a separate entity.
